By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree that participation in the delegation to Iraq is undertaken entirely at my own risk. I hereby release, waive, and discharge AHK Iraq, its employees, representatives, and partners from any and all liability for losses, damages, injuries, or fatal incidents that may arise before, during, or after the delegation, including those related to travel, transportation, accommodation, site visits, or unforeseen security incidents. I confirm that I am solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel, medical, and risk insurance. I further agree to comply with all security instructions, travel regulations, and operational guidelines provided by AHK Iraq or relevant authorities. I consent to the collection, processing, and lawful sharing of my personal data - including passport details and nationality - for the purpose of organizing the delegation, facilitating visa procedures for entry into Iraq, and ensuring compliance with logistical and security requirements. I also consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the delegation for documentation and communication purposes by AHK Iraq unless I explicitly withdraw this consent in writing prior to the start of the delegation. I confirm that all information provided by me is accurate and that I accept full responsibility for my participation and conduct throughout the delegation program.
